2. The official and accepted format for creating users is Camel Cases (as per e.g.). It must be checked in each case whether it matches the Azur ID. If the email address register incorrectly, the user will have problems to log in.
Only use the official format when requesting the creation of users on both portals in order to avoid future problems.
3. Make sure that the user has been also added to Azure AD.
Repeat this first step 2-3 times, clearing cache and cookies (control+Sfift+delete) to be sure that the process has been completed. Sometimes it remains blocked /‘loading’ and does not finish the process.

Just after the first step was made and repeated 2-3 times, please remove the cookies from the browser’s lock as presented below:
- Click on the lock marked with yellow, next to the Portalone link.



This may resolve the log in situation.
