Existing user check-up

Existing user check-up

On situations when a particular user is already created on Portal One, we should check the following steps:
1. If the email address already registered in our system:
Go to Aviation Hub Portal.ONE > Subscriptions > Manage users

 2. The official and accepted format for creating users is Camel Cases (as per e.g.). It must be checked in each case whether it matches the Azur ID. If the email address register incorrectly, the user will have problems to log in.

Only use the official format when requesting the creation of users on both portals in order to avoid future problems.

3. Make sure that the user has been also added to Azure AD.

Also,  make sure that you are using the right URL for Portal: https://portalone.fuelplus.com/
If all the above steps are correct, and the user cannot log in, the next steps should be followed as presented below:

  1. Step: Clear browsing data

Repeat this first step 2-3 times, clearing cache and cookies (control+Sfift+delete) to be sure that the process has been completedSometimes it remains blocked /‘loading’ and does not finish the process.

  1. Step: Removing cookies from the lock

Just after the first step was made and repeated 2-3 times, please remove the cookies from the browser’s lock as presented below:

  - Click on the lock marked with yellow, next to the Portalone link.

Preview
 - A small window will appear where ‘Cookies’ section should be pressed.
Preview
 - Again, a new window appears where after selecting the link, ‘Remove’ button should be pressed for all the listed cookies in use if there are multiple.

This may resolve the log in situation.
