Buffered Fuel Tickets

Situations when Fuel Tickets remain in Buffered as “NOT Checked”. In most cases American Airlines has the problem (in the past).

·       In most cases the problem comes from fleet registration.  

  1. We access Buffered Fuel Tickets and Customer accounts.

  1. We check if the Aircraft and Aircraft Type has been registered in the Customer Accounts Fleet section and if not, we register it.

  1. After registration, we proceed again the tickets.

Exception1: Error message “ Duplicate Fuel Ticket” In this case the fuel ticket is already existing so no further action needs to be taken.

Exception2: Error message “1062-2300 Duplicate entry ‘292-BDF11’ for key ‘uk_bas_aircraft1’

·       In this case update Customer Code (in buffered fuel ticket)

·       Select the registered Fleet from the Fuel ticket and save again.
